The Shire of Denmark requires the services of a qualified and experienced civil contractor for the provision of sewer extension, stormwater infrastructure and remediation earthworks construction for Lot 3002 Hardy Street, Denmark.

Site Briefing
There will be a non-mandatory Site Inspection held on Friday 18 September 2026 at 10:00am.
The site inspection will be held at Lot 3002 Hardy Street, Denmark, Western Australia.
The site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the tender.
Please confirm with the Shire info@denmark.wa.gov.au confirmation of your attendance at this meeting no later than 10:00am Thursday,17 September 2026.
Deadline:
The deadline for Tender submissions is 2.00pm, AWST, Thursday 8 October 2026
Lodgement:
Tender submissions must be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/denmark
A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
The lowest price Tender, or any Tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
