Permit to Burn

During the Restricted Burning Period you require a Permit to Burn if you would like to carry out a burn on your property.

To obtain a permit, you must contact your local Fire Control Officer at least 3 days prior to the time you wish to burn to complete the necessary paperwork and get the necessary approval.

If your permit is granted, you must adhere to the conditions listed on the permit.

No permits will be issued for properties under 2000m2.

Remember: Fire Control Officers are volunteers, so please be respectful of their time.
