LOT 621 HARLEQUIN STREET AND LOT 1 SOUTH COAST HIGHWAY, DENMARK
It is hereby notified that Williams Consulting have prepared a structure plan in regard to land located at Lot 621 Harlequin Street and Lot 1 South Coast Highway, Denmark. The purpose of the structure plan is to guide the coordinated subdivision and development of Lots 621 & 1, into 144 residential lots (R20 and R40 densities), with supporting infrastructure and public open space, in line with the Urban Development zoning.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the structure plan are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday). The documents can be viewed via this link - https://www.yourdenmark.wa.gov.au/planning-and-development
Submissions on the structure plan can be lodged in writing and are to include the structure plan name, reference (PLN.93), the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with Planning Services, on or before close of business on Friday, 16th January 2026.
Please note: The structure plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the structure plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the Shire of Denmark or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
