The Shire of Denmark is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Vendors to operate the Ocean Beach Kiosk (Denmark WA).
The Scope of Works includes:
- Operating the Ocean Beach Kiosk under a lease arrangement with the Shire of Denmark.

Site Briefing
There will be a non-mandatory site briefing on Monday 23rd February 2026 at 2pm.
Vendors planning to attend should advise the Shire at info@denmark.wa.gov.au
Deadline:
The deadline for tender submissions is 4.00pm, Friday 13th March 2026.
Lodgement:
It is the Shire of Denmark’s preferred method that the Tender submission be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/denmark
The lowest price or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
