Council has commenced a statutory review of the following Shire of Denmark’s Local Laws and is calling for public comment.
•Bushfire Brigades
•Denmark Cemetery
•Dogs
•Extractive Industries
•Parking & Parking Facilities
•Standing Orders
•Health
A copy of the local laws may be inspected or obtained from our Local Laws page or by contacting the Shire Office on 9848 0300 during office hours or by email to claire.thompson@denmark.wa.gov.au.
Written submissions about the local laws should be made to the CEO, and can be emailed to info@denmark.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 183, Denmark or hand delivered to 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark.
The closing date for submissions is 4.00pm, Monday, 13 July 2026.
