It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire has received an application for a Trading in Public Places Permit described hereunder:
Proposal: PROPOSED WEEKLY FARMERS MARKET
Location: Lot 2 (#18) Hamilton Road, Scotsdale (Rockcliffe Winery)
Months of operation: Year round – commencing December 2026
Times of operation: 8:00am – 11:00am
Days of operation: Saturday Mornings
In summary, the Permit application seeks approval to conduct a small scale Weekly Farmers Market for local produce from local growers.

Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable) on or before close of business on 6 November 2026.
This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment as part of the Shire’s assessment process of the proposal.
