The Shire of Denmark proposes to make an amendment local law relating to the Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2026.
The purpose is to amend the Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2026.
The effect is to incorporate changes that the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation require to be made and modify language, where appropriate, to be gender-neutral.

Submissions about the proposed local law must be received by 4.00pm, Friday, 25 September 2026, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be:
- Emailed to info@denmark.wa.gov.au; or
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333; or
- Delivered in person to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark.
