Council has commenced a statutory review of the Shire of Denmark’s Local Laws Relating to Pest Plants and is calling for public comment.
As part of the review and following the adoption of the Bushland Reserves Weeds Strategy 2024-2034, the following weed species will be included in an amended draft following consultation and Council approval.

Written submissions about the local law should be made to the CEO, and can be emailed to info@denmark.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 183, Denmark or hand delivered to 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark.
The closing date for submissions is 4.00pm, Wednesday, 6 August 2025.
