Council intends to lease a part of Reserve 24913, Lot 556 on Plan 71707, to Haikam Sihapayaxay t/as Gin Loa by private treaty for the purpose operating a kiosk.
The area comprises 54m2 and an independent valuation, completed in October 2025, determined the annual market rental value to be $9,000 (ex GST).
In July 2026, Council agreed to offer a commercial lease for a period of up to 8 years with the following adjustments to the annual rent payable.
