It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire has received an application for Development Approval for the purposes described hereunder:

 

Proposed Development:          Proposed Amendment to Trading Hours Condition Associated with Planning Consent 2010/21: Cellar Sales and Ancillary Products

In summary the proposed amendment relates to trading hour restrictions that apply in association with the approved ‘Tavern Licence’ for the premises as follows:

  • The hours of operation to be restricted to between 10am - 5pm (7 days per week).

The following modification is proposed:

  • The hours of operation to be restricted to between 10am - 5pm (7 days per week) for normal trading, and extended hours of operation up to 11.30pm for the purpose of hosting special events only.

Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (fax or email is acceptable) on or before close of business on 4 April 2019.  Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time).  Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details. 

This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment as part of the Shire’s assessment process of the proposal.
