The Development Services team aims to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible, but ask that you please allow 3 business days during busy periods before contacting us again.

We understand how important it is to get timely and accurate information about planning rules and how this might affect your new home or development project. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the information and services we have available please send us your feedback.

Consultation & Advertised Development Proposals

Some types of development applications are required to be publicly advertised, providing the community an opportunity to comment on the proposal. All advertised proposals will be published on our Advertised Planning Proposals page and a notice provided on our Latest News page. Major proposals may be advertised by other means.

If a development application varies from the standards of a local planning policy, our planning staff may notify neighbouring landowners and provide them with an opportunity to comment. When this occurs we will send a letter to your email address, or to your postal address if no email is on our records. If your contact details have changed please email enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au.
