Consultation & Advertised Development Proposals

Some types of development applications are required to be publicly advertised, providing the community an opportunity to comment on the proposal. All advertised proposals will be published on our Advertised Planning Proposals page and a notice provided on our Latest News page. Major proposals may be advertised by other means.

If a development application varies from the standards of a local planning policy, our planning staff may notify neighbouring landowners and provide them with an opportunity to comment. When this occurs we will send a letter to your email address, or to your postal address if no email is on our records. If your contact details have changed please email
