Council intends to lease the Peaceful Bay Caravan Park for a 21 year period.

The proposed rates for 2019/2020 are now being advertised. Ratepayers are encouraged to make written submissions to the Shire regarding the proposed rates by 5pm 12th July 2019.

Council are seeking comments on a draft Privacy Statement that outlines how the Shire of Denmark collects information about its customers and stakeholders in the performance of its services and functions and as required by law.

The draft Privacy Statement also outlines how this information will be used by the Shire and instances where this information may be disclosed.

COMMUNITY MEMBER VACANCIES ON THE LAING PARK DOG EXERCISE AREA WORKING GROUP

Applications are being called for three (3) community member vacancies on the Laing Park Dog Exercise Area Development Concept Plan Working Group.

The Working Group will be tasked with developing an accessible and inclusive off-lead dog exercise area concept plan for Laing Park located at 104 Ocean Beach Road.

Council are seeking comments on a proposed future road name, GILLINGHAM.

Council intends to lease Lot 1084 on Deposited Plan 193667 being the whole of land comprised in Reserve 46241

The Shire has received an application for a permit to run a business on Council land.
