School Holiday Program
The Shire requests submissions, via our Facebook page, for the school holiday program each school term. To have your activity featured at no cost, make sure you contact our Community Services Team before the advertised deadline.

Seniors Week
Seniors Week is a statewide celebration held each November to honour the contributions of older Western Australians. The week promotes positive ageing and encourages seniors to stay active, connected, and involved in their communities. The Shire of Denmark offers a diverse range of activities as part of the celebrations, including fitness classes, creative workshops, morning teas, and community gatherings.

Emergency Information
Emergency information is published by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services to Emergency WA. Community members and visitors in the Shire of Denmark are encouraged to be in the daily habit of checking Emergency WA for information about bushfires, warnings, prescribed hazard reduction burns and the daily fire danger rating.
Power and Water Outages
Both Western Power and Water Corporation post information to their websites about disruptions to water and power services.
Road Closures
The Shire of Denmark has a new Roads Report function available so community members can easily access information about road closures, maintenance, grading and more.
