AMENDMENT 144 & STRUCTURE PLAN
AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire of Denmark has prepared the above mentioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:
Modifying the zone provisions as they relate to Special Rural Zone 10 to allow for further subdivision of the existing lots in this zone guided by a Structure Plan at Lots 4-7 Lantzke Road and Lot 3 McLean Road, Scotsdale.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment 144 and the associated Structure Plan are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday). The documents can also be downloaded by clicking on the below links -

Lantzke Road Structure Plan
Comments on the Scheme Amendment 144 and the associated Structure Plan should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable), on or before close of business on Friday 14th February 2020.
Submissions should include the amendment reference (TPS3/SA144), the property affected and details of the submission. Please note, should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details
