Amendment 153 – Available For Inspection
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Denmark has prepared the Scheme Amendment 153 for the purpose of:
- Introducing a definition for ‘Brewery’ in Appendix 1 – Interpretations of the Scheme text reading: “means premises the subject of a producer’s licence authorising the production of beer, cider or spirits granted under the Liquor Control Act 1988”.
- Amending the definition of ‘Microbrewery’ in Appendix 1 – Interpretations of the Scheme text to read: “means a small scale premises (as determined by Council) the subject of a producer’s licence authorising the production of beer, cider or spirits granted under the Liquor Control Act 1988”.
Documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment 153 are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday). The documents can also be downloaded from the Planning Services page of the Shire of Denmark website: www.denmark.wa.gov.au
Submissions on Scheme Amendment 153 may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected (if applicable) and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 10 November 2022.
