The Shire of Denmark (the Principal) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Shire of Denmark’s Bushfire Mitigation Activity Fund (MAF) 3 year works program from 2026 - 2028.

Site Briefing
There will be a Tender Briefing held on Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 10am.
Tenderers are requested to confirm their attendance at this meeting by emailing info@denmark.wa.gov.au no later than 2.00 pm on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.
Deadline:
The deadline for tender submissions Tuesday 11th August, 2026, 10.00am, WST
Lodgement:
Tender submission must be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/denmark
The lowest price or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
