A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, 5 September 2023, in the Council Chambers,
953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, commencing at 4.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve:
- The making of an offer to an applicant for the position of Chief Executive Officer; and
- The proposed terms of the contract of employment.
Members of the public are welcome to attend however much of the meeting will be held behind closed doors, in accordance with section 5.23(a)-(b) of the Local Government Act 1995.
Public question time will be limited to items on the Agenda.
