Request for Tender No. TEN.18 - Mount Shadforth Road Reconstruction Works
The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake road reconstruction works at Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark.

Site Briefing
There will be a non-mandatory site briefing on Wednesday 13 August 2025 at 10.00am.
The location of the site inspection is corner of Mt Shadforth Road and Hardey Street, Denmark.
The site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the tender.
Please confirm with the Shire info@denmark.wa.gov.au confirmation of your attendance at this meeting no later than 2pm on Monday 11 August 2025.
Deadline:
The deadline for tender submissions is 2:00 PM AWST Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
Lodgement:
Tender submissions must be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/denmark.
A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
The lowest price Tender or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
