A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday, 9 May 2023, in the Council Chambers, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, commencing at 4.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
- Accept the Chief Executive Officer’s resignation;
- Consider a mutual variation of the contractual notice period;
- Appoint a Temporary Chief Executive Officer; and
- Consider designated senior employee positions.
Members of the public are welcome to attend. Public question time will be limited to items on the Agenda.
Please note that given the nature of the items on the Agenda, there will be times when the meeting will be conducted behind closed doors.
