At its Ordinary Meeting held on the 16 May 2023, Council resolved to revoke the following Town Planning Scheme Policy on the basis that they are no longer relevant having regard to current State legislation:
In accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and Town Planning Scheme No. 3, public notice is hereby given of the revocation of this policy.
