It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire has received an application for Development Approval for the purposes described hereunder:

As part of the assessment process the proposed change of use from Shop/Office to Holiday Accommodation is being advertised for public comment in accordance with Clause 6.4(c) of Town Planning Scheme No.3 (TPS No.3) and Schedule 2, Part 8, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
Plans of the proposed development are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, during business hours (9am – 4pm weekdays) or can be viewed by clicking here.
Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable) on or before close of business on 31 May 2019. Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time). Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details.
This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment as part of the Shire’s assessment process of the proposal.
