Council has accepted a proposal from the Kwoorabup Nature School to expand their lease area within the Denmark Historical Railway Station Precinct at No. 2 (Lot 952) Inlet Drive, Denmark.
To facilitate the expansion, a new rental valuation has been obtained and a new lease will be offered to the School for a period of 21 years.
The new annual rent has been valued at $29,000 (ex GST) and will be applied from the commencement of the lease.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions on the draft lease, prior to the Council considering and approving the final document.
A copy of the lease can be found below or viewed at the Shire Administration Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark.

Submissions must be received by 4.00pm, 23 June 2023 and can be:
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333
- Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
- Emailed to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au.
