At its meeting held on 19 July 2022, Council resolved to dispose of Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 413974 and authorised the CEO to negotiate any prospective purchase.
An offer has been made on Lot 9, No. 47 Corymbia Crescent, Hay, being a lot within the Light Industrial Area.
The disposal will be by private treaty to Judith Lucre.
The lot was valued at $240,000 (ex GST) and the Acting Chief Executive Officer gives notice of the purchaser’s offer amounting to $225,000 (ex GST).
The Shire now seeks public comment on the intended disposition.
Submissions must be received by 4.00pm, 21 June 2023 and can be:
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333
- Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
- Emailed to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au.
