At its meeting held on 19 July 2022, Council resolved to dispose of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11 on Deposited Plan 413974, being lots located within the Shire’s Industrial Area, and authorised the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate any prospective purchase.
An offer has been made on Lot 8, No. 39 Corymbia Crescent.
The disposal will be by private treaty to Joeri De Hert and Naomi De Hert.
The lot was valued at $310,000 (ex GST) and the Acting Chief Executive Officer gives notice of the purchaser’s offer amounting to $280,000 (ex GST) that is to be considered by Council in April 2023.
The Shire now seeks public comment on the intended disposition.
Submission must be received by 4.00pm, 28 March 2023 and can be:
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333
- Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
- Emailed to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au.
