Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of Lot 3 (No. 2) Corymbia Crescent, Hay, being a lot located within the Shire’s Industrial Area.
The disposal will be by private treaty to The Matt Candy Trust for $275,000 (ex GST) being the market value, as determined by an independent valuation dated March 2025.
Submissions on the intended disposal should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and either:
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333
- Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
- Emailed to info@denmark.wa.gov.au.
Submissions close be 4.00pm, Friday, 16 May 2025.
