Invitation for Public Comment
At its meeting held on 16 May 2023, Council resolved to invite public comment on Draft Local Planning Policy 13: Outbuildings & Water Tanks. The proposed draft policy updates and replaces the following existing policies:
- Town Planning Scheme Policy No. 13.4 – Outbuildings
- Town Planning Scheme Policy No. 40 – Rainwater Tanks and Greywater Re-use Systems

Public consultation will be open until 29th June 2023.
In accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and Town Planning Scheme No. 3, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of these policies for public consultation.
