Today, Wednesday 8 November, is a milestone day in the Ocean Beach project.
What’s happened:
- Tender submissions closed today for the Ocean Beach Sea Wall reconstruction contract
- Tender submissions opened today for the broader Ocean Beach Redevelopment contract (more info: www.denmark.wa.gov.au/news)
What’s next:
- Our team will now begin the process of assessing the tender submissions received for the sea wall part of the project
- Submissions for the major project will be open until 6 December
At this stage, it’s too early to provide further information, but we will be back in touch when we are ready to make announcement about successful tenders.
Once we have awarded contracts, we’ll know more about project timelines and we look forward to sharing this information with our community.
