Amendment 154 - Extending Additional Use Site No.12

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Denmark has prepared the above mentioned scheme amendment for the purpose of (in summary):

• Extending Additional Use Site No. 12 (Educational Establishment) containing the Golden Hill Steiner School to include Lot 1 Riverbend Lane, Scotsdale to enable expansion of the school.
• Removal of the requirement to prepare a Local Development Plan for the school site from the Additional Use Site requirements.

This proposal is open for public comment until 22 March 2024

Plans of the proposal can be viewed Your Denmark or at the Shire's offices.
