At its meeting held on 20 December 2022, Council resolved to invite public comment on two local planning policy proposals:
- Draft Town Planning Scheme Policy No. 49 - Ancillary Dwellings & Detached Habitable Rooms (revised)
- Draft Town Planning Scheme Policy No. 50 - Building Envelopes (new)

Public consultation will be open until 1st February 2023.
In accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and Town Planning Scheme No. 3, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of these policies for public consultation.
