Expressions of Interest Now Open: Invitation to be Part of Denmark's Community Christmas Celebration!  

We're planning the biggest and brightest festive season event we can dream of and we need your help! The Shire of Denmark is inviting you to help bring the season of giving to life at Denmark's annual Community Christmas Event on Saturday, 12 December 2026, at McLean Oval. 

This free community event will be filled with Christmas cheer, great food, local talent, family activities and plenty of opportunities for the community to come together and celebrate. Whether you can serve delicious food, showcase handcrafted goods, perform festive tunes, entertain youngsters, or provide a unique experience for families, we'd love you to be part of the festivities. 

Why Get Involved?

• Showcase your business, products or talents to the local community and visitors 
• Be part of a much-loved community Christmas tradition

We're Looking For: 

• Market stalls and artisan products 
• Food vans and food vendors 
• Musicians, bands and performers 
• Children's entertainers (including face-painters, comedy and circus acts, puppeteers etc)
• Christmas-themed activities (including Santa!)
• Community groups and not-for-profit organisations
• Family-friendly attractions and experiences
