Invitation to Comment - Denmark Historical Railway Station Precinct Concept Plan (Closed)

A modified draft Concept Plan for the Denmark Railway Station Precinct is being made available for public inspection and comment for a period of 28 days.
Reserve No. 30277 abuts Crellin Street, is bounded by Inlet Drive and Hollings Road and is vested in the Shire of Denmark for the purposes of ‘Heritage Precinct, Community & Recreation Purposes’.
Currently located on the site is the Spirit of Play Community School, Denmark Lion’s Club, Denmark Machinery Restoration Group and Denmark Yacht Club.
The modified draft Concept Plan proposes to extend lease the area for the Spirit of Play School, provide additional parking for the precinct, establish new internal roads and close an existing entrance off Inlet Drive.
A copy of the modified draft Concept Plan is available for inspection at the Shire Office, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark & the Denmark Library on Strickland Street, during normal business hours or alternatively you can download a copy by clicking here.
All submissions need to be made in writing, addressed to the undersigned and must be received before the close of business on Friday, 2nd November 2018.
