Permanent Closure of Pinniger Point Road

Published on Monday, 30 May 2022 at 2:23:56 PM

Council is seeking submissions on their intention to permanently close Pinniger Point Road road reserve.

The physical road no longer exists and does not service any properties.

The Council would like to name an un-made road reserve, off South Coast Highway, Pinniger Road and to do so, will be requesting that Pinniger Point Road be un-named.

Should the road reserve by un-named and permanently closed, the Shire will be requesting that the State Government amalgamate the land into the adjoining Crown reserve.

If you would like to comment on the proposal please forward your submissions to the Shire in writing by 4pm Friday, 8 July 2022.
