Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Denmark has received a draft Local Development Plan (LDP) intended to guide future development of Lot 3 South Coast Highway, William Bay.
Lot 3 South Coast Highway, William Bay is zoned Tourist Zone No.14; Clause VI of the ‘conditions of tourist use’ states that “…a local development plan for this site is required prior to approval of any new development.”
The Local Development Plan (LDP) is intended to guide, coordinate and set standards for future development including providing details of access to the property. The LDP is supported by Scheme Amendment 147 documentation including a Bushfire Management Plan, Acoustic Assessment, Site and Soil Assessment and Traffic Assessment.
A copy of the Local Development Plan and supporting documentation is available at https://www.yourdenmark.wa.gov.au/planning-and-development or can be viewed at the Shire Offices (953 South Coast Highway, Denmark) during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday).
