Opportunity:
We are seeking a Machine Operator / General Hand to join our Infrastructure & Assets business unit to assist the teams with civil works including road maintenance, footpaths, trails and cycleways.
Ideal Candidates:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a skilled and qualified machine operator (excavators, backhoe experience)
- Is willing and able to undertake labouring work as needed
- Can handle physically demanding tasks and is fit for duty
- Values teamwork and can adapt, multitask, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Has a strong commitment to work health and safety on the job.
Qualifications:
- HR Driver’s Licence – Required
- HC Licence – Desirable
- Plant Operating Tickets - Preferred
- Construction Card - Required
Other Requirements on successful employment:
- National Police Clearance
- Pre-employment Medical

Hours: Full-time (76 hour / 9-day fortnight)
Salary: $69,784.00 per annum and up to 17% superannuation, plus additional allowances and benefits.
