Council Meetings

Council holds decision making meetings on the last Tuesday of every month commencing at 4pm. All Ordinary Council Meetings are held at Council Chambers at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark. Details about previous meetings, including minutes and summaries of reports and resolutions can be accessed on our Past Council Meetings page.

Public Question Time, Deputations, Presentations & Petitions

The procedure for the Presiding Officer of a Council or Committee Meeting dealing with Public Questions or Presentations, Deputations and Petitions is detailed in the relevant Council Policy. The procedures in the policy may be amended in a declared public health emergency.
