Mount Shadforth Road Reconstruction Works
The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake road reconstruction works at Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark.
The scope of works will be delivered in two (2) Separable Portions:
- Separable Portion A Mount Shadforth Road Reconstruction CH 7.0 to CH540.0:
- Separable Portion B Mount Shadforth Road Reconstruction0 to CH665.0:

Site Briefing
There will be a non-mandatory site briefing on Tuesday 12 September 2023 at 10.00am
Deadline:
The deadline for tender submissions 2:00 PM AWST, Friday 29 September 2023.
Lodgement:
It is the Shire of Denmark’s preferred method that the Tender submission be uploaded electronically through the Shire's E-tendering portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/denmark However, submissions may alternatively be delivered by hand in accordance with the request document instructions.
The lowest price or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. A Tender that is not lodged with the Shire before the Tender deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Canvassing of any Shire of Denmark Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
