At its meeting held on 19 July 2022, Council resolved to dispose of Lot 10 on Deposited Plan 413974 and authorised the CEO to negotiate any prospective purchase.
An offer has been made on Lot 10, No. 105 East River Road, Hay, being a lot within the Light Industrial Area.
The disposal will be by private treaty to Tellbareena Pty Ltd.
The lot was valued at $250,000 (ex GST) and the Chief Executive Officer gives notice of the purchaser’s offer amounting to $240,000 (ex GST).
The Shire now seeks public comment on the intended disposition.
Submissions must be received by 12.00pm, Monday 17 July 2023 and can be:

• Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
