Intention to Lease Lot 1084, Reserve 46241, Inlet Drive, Denmark (Rivermouth Caravan Park)
Council intends to lease Lot 1084 on Deposited Plan 193667 being the whole of land comprised in Reserve 46241 to Jenbrook Nominees Pty Ltd ATF the Denmark Unit Trust for a period of 21 years for an amount $60,000 per annum, being the market value as determined by an independent valuation dated 9 July 2018.
The permitted purpose is tourist centre which may include a caravan park, cabins, park homes and camping and related and ancillary uses.
Submissions on the above proposal are invited, in writing and addressed to the undersigned, and should be received by 4pm on Friday, 10 August 2018.
