We provide a place and space that is welcoming, engaging and accessible to all community members who wish to read, learn and access information. We foster and encourage a love of reading in all people from an early age, and promote the search for information. Our goals focus on people and our role in assisting the community to read, learn and grow.

The online library service allows you to search the library catalogue for items. Members can also use their individual logins to request, renew and reserve library resources as well as revisit their borrowing history.

Books on Prescription
The Books on Prescription program provides a list of 30 evidence-based, self-help resources which have been found to be useful in supporting mental health wellness.

cription resources are:
• Suitable for adults, youth and children. Different resources are available for each age group.
• Developed in collaboration with health professionals and organisations involved with mental health issues.
• Available for loan in the Denmark Library, simply look for the Books on Prescription logo.

The Denmark Library is a Be Connected Network Partner. The Be Connected program is an Australia-wide initiative, whose aim is to foster digital skills, in a user friendly way, in a safe and familiar environment and to empower seniors to gain confidence with technology and thrive in a digital world.
