Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Denmark has prepared the above mentioned scheme amendment for the purpose of:
Amending Appendix XIII – Schedule of Tourist Zones – Tourist Zone 1 Condition (ii) by deleting the following wording:
“Subdivision of Lot 84 (proposed Lot 2) shall be by way of strata title only”
And inserting the following wording:
“Subdivision of Lot 2 shall be of strata title only, except to create a single freehold lot for the portion of the site containing lots SR19 – SR26 (inclusive) as shown on the Karri Mia Development Plan: 09-16-DP(t), or any minor variation thereto approved by Council”.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment 151 are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday).

Submissions on Scheme Amendment 151 may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer on or before 30 June 2022.
