Request for Public Comment - TPS3 Draft Policy No. 48 - Inlet Drive and Minsterly Road Precincts

At its Ordinary Meeting held on the 17 September 2019, Council resolved to adopt draft Town Planning Scheme Policy No. 48: Inlet Drive and Minsterly Road Precincts (Policy 48) for public comment in accordance with Clause 8.2.2 of Town Planning Scheme No. 3.

 

Draft Policy No. 48 recognises that many of the properties are quite narrow within this area and not capable of meeting the usual 10m or 7.5m side setback requirements.  Draft Policy No. 48 seeks to establish modified side setbacks for new or extended dwellings, new or extended outbuildings and retaining walls in an area zoned Residential R2 and R2.5 located on Inlet Drive and Minsterly Road, Denmark.

  • Shire Administration Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, during business hours (9am – 4pm weekdays)
  • Denmark Recreation Centre, McLean Park, Brazier Street Denmark
  • Denmark Library, Strickland Street Denmark (adjacent to the Denmark Civic Centre)

 

Comments on Draft Policy No. 48 should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable) on or before close of business on Friday 15th November 2019.  Please note that any comments received may be included in a publicly available report to Council on this matter.
