Proposed Development Single House and Use Not Listed (Ancillary Dwelling)

In accordance with the Shire’s Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS No. 3), the proposed Ancillary Dwelling is a Use Not Listed in the Special Residential Zone, thus as part of the assessment process this development application is required to be advertised for public comment in accordance with Clause 6.4 of TPS No. 3 and Schedule 2, Part 8 and Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

 

Plans of the proposed development are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, during business hours (9am – 4pm weekdays) or can be downloaded by clicking here

 

Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable) on or before close of business on 27th August 2021.  Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time).  Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details. 

 

This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment as part of the Shire’s assessment process of the proposal.
