In accordance with the Shire’s Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS No. 3), a Small Bar is classified as a Use Not Listed. As part of the assessment process this development application is required to be advertised for public comment in accordance with Clause 6.4 of TPS No. 3 and Schedule 2, Part 8 and Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
The small bar operation may include the hosting of live music and events.

Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing (email is acceptable) on or before close of business on Thursday 10th March 2022. Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time). Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details.
This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment as part of the Shire’s assessment process of the proposal.
