Ocean Beach Road Fire Mitigation Works

Monday 23rd-30th November - Local contractors will be pruning trees and mulching the roadside verges. This will help to reduce bushfire risk and improve access for residents and emergency services.

Any clean mulch produced will be used around the Shire gardens.

These works are expected to take about a week and encompass Little River Road and Minsterley Road. Traffic management will be in place during any works occurring on the roadside.

There is a significant body of work to be completed across the Shire and this is expected to occur over the next 3-4 month. These works depend on many factors including the weather and the soil conditions etc.
