Library and Recreation Centre update

Published on Sunday, 17 May 2020 at 6:57:34 PM

With the release of the State Government's COVID-19 Roadmap we will be opening the Denmark Library two days a week, beginning on Monday the 25th May. This allows our staff to have the chance to put procedures in place that ensure the safety of the community and our staff. The library will initially be open on Mondays and Tuesdays only, 10am-4.30pm. We will be reviewing these opening days as things progress. Our Library Outreach program will still continue.

Our Library computer system is receiving an upgrade to make it much more user-friendly for our community. Due to this upgrade, on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th May, you will need to bring your Library cards in with you, this enables us to access your details. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope it will ensure a much easier process moving forward.

With the safety of our community in mind, our Recreation Centre will remain closed at this time. Our online services will continue to support our members, whilst we solidify our preparations for reopening. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

We will continue to provide you with updates as they become available.
