The Shire of Denmark is seeking quote submissions from suitable local businesses, organisations and community groups to perform Mobile Garbage Bin (MGB) lid changeover of all public, commercial and domestic receptacles facilitating an active recycling and rubbish kerbside collection in Demark, Nornalup and Peaceful Bay townsites.
To prevent our community and visitors from incorrectly sorting kerbside waste, the Shire intends to replace non-conforming rubbish and recycling bin lids to align with Australian Standard colours.
MGB lid changeover aims to reduce kerbside waste going to landfill and contamination of recyclables, and provide an opportunity to deliver educational Waste Sorted messaging to Denmark community and our visitors.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: The deadline for quote submissions has been extended to 4pm, Monday 31 January 2022. Submissions can be emailed to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 183, Denmark or hand delivered to the Shire Administration Office by appointment.
