The Recreation Centre values the commitment and loyalty our members and user groups have demonstrated over a long period of time. Following the closure of the Denmark Recreation Centre we have commenced planning for the delivery of services in a virtual format.
Our goal during this time is to ensure that our community remains active and healthy and the work we will undertake over this period will support this aim. We also recognise the importance of connectedness and will be looking at strategies to help our community to stay engaged with each other.
Our team will be assisting the broader Community Services department to develop and implement initiatives that support the physical and mental wellbeing of our community during this time.
We would like to reassure our members that all active memberships will be honoured from Monday 23rd March and reactivated once the facility becomes open to the public again.
We are here to support you during this time and please don’t hesitate to contact us on 9848 0344 or via email reccentre@denmark.wa.gov.au.
We also encourage community members to visit the Shire of Denmark’s website, subscribe to our Facebook page and register for SMS alerts. For current health advice please refer to https://healthywa.wa.gov.au/
