Let’s come together as a community to thank the 👩🚒 AMAZING firefighters 👩🚒 who have given so much of their time and effort over the past few days as our community was under threat of bushfire.
🚒 Join us THIS SATURDAY at the Fire Truck Wash-Up! 🚒
Firies have done plenty of hard work over the past few days and one of the last jobs to do is cleaning the fire trucks and utes - we thought the community would like to help.
Bring your car cleaning gear: soft brooms, handheld vacuums/dustbusters, car detergent, buckets and sponges and prepare to get wet as we give the fire trucks a clean so our volunteers don’t have to!
Enjoy a sausage sizzle, chat with our local fire angels, hear from Shire President and tap into representatives from DFES to help you navigate the bushfire recovery process.
There will also be a 'Thank You Firies' guestbook available for members of the community to sign.
WHEN: 9.30am-12pm Saturday 12 FEB
