Career opportunity expressions of interest - Disability Awareness Trainer

We are seeking expressions of interest from people with disability who would like to participate in our Disability Awareness ‘Train the Trainer’ program.

• Are you interested in re-shaping the way in which people think about inclusion and accessibility?
• Do you want to make a difference and provide a significant contribution to our community?
• Are you self-motivated and have an interest in developing your own career?

Then this is the opportunity for you! Successful applicants will be provided with the skills and techniques necessary to become an effective trainer and will be supported to feel confident in their ability to train others effectively. Following training the successful applicants will deliver Disability Awareness training within our organisation and be provided with further career opportunities within the industry.

• any previous employment experience (if applicable).

This opportunity is offered through grant funding by the Lighthouse Project, delivered by Local Government Professionals Australia WA.
