Annual Electors Meeting

In accordance with the Provisions of the Local Government Act 1995, Electors of the Shire of Denmark are hereby notified that Council has resolved to hold its Annual General Meeting of Electors on Tuesday, 4 February 2020 at 6.00 pm in the Shire of Denmark Council Chambers, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark.
The business to be conducted at the meeting will include:
- Shire President's Report;
- Chief Executive Officer’s Report;
- 2018/19 Auditors Report;
- 2018/19 Annual Report incorporating Annual Financial Statements; and
- General Business.
